Q. Can we bring our dog(s) to Lag Kilmichael?
A. Yes - Provided that their vaccinations are up-to-date and they are well behaved (see T & Cs).

Q. Are there pony-trekking facilities nearby?

Q. What about walking?
A. If you are keen on walking, this is the place for you! There are miles and miles of walks through the forestry land that covers a large percentage of Kintyre. See here for some suggestions...

Q. Can I fish at Lag Kilmichael?
A. Yes - There are many fishing opportunities in our area. Carradale Water is at the end of our drive and Permits are available at Carradale Post Office. Some other Lochs and Rivers are listed here.

Q. Where Can I play Golf near Lag Kilmichael?
A. There are many golf courses within easy reach of Lag Kilmichael including those at: Carradale, Southend, Machrihanish,and Lochgilphead.

Q. Can I barbecue at Lag Kilmichael?
A. Yes - We have two barbecues, one traditional charcoal burner and a larger gas powered machine for serious outdoor cooking!

Q. Are there laundry facilities at Lag Kilmichael?
A. Yes - We have an on-site laundry that is available for our guests to use.

Q. What about Communications?
A. Mobile phones are not much use in the Glen, but there is a mast at Carradale.
Fax, Internet and Email facilities can be arranged - please call for details.

Q. Is there TV reception?
A. Yes - All cottages are equipped with satellite TV (non-subscription channels only).

Q. Can you accommodate very young children?
A. Yes - A large cot and high-chair are available upon request.
