Rose Cottage
Built in the mid 1950’s, this substantial bungalow was the home of the Lag Kilmichael Farm Manager and his family for many years.
The cottage has been in use as self-catering accommodation since the early 1990's and has recently been completely refurbished and upgraded to a very high standard.
The cottage has a fully fitted kitchen with a modern refrigerator, cooker and dishwasher. The original larder has been retained and provides useful extra storage space in the kitchen and a perfect place for keeping fruit and vegetables cool.
The utility room is fitted with a washing machine / tumble dryer and stainless steel sink. A chest freezer is also installed to help store your week’s frozen food.
A large hot-water tank with immersion heaters ensures a plentiful supply of hot water to the family bathroom, utility room and kitchen.
The loft is fully insulated adding to this cottage's snug feel in the winter and helping to keep the living areas cool in the summer, the large double-glazed windows help make the most of the expansive views.
The lounge has a TV / VCR & DVD player along with a CD player / radio system.
The cottage has been tastefully decorated throughout and all furnishings, carpets and beds renewed over the last couple of years.
